Are You a Candidate for TruSculpt?

You may know the frustration of dieting and exercising while still finding that you have unwanted pockets of fat that just won’t melt away. With the TruSculpt system, you can melt away those stubborn pockets of fat with a system that’s safe, effective, and convenient.

At Utopia Med Spa, Dr. Franklin Rose and our team are dedicated to helping you achieve your healthiest lifestyle possible. That’s why we’re proud to provide you with TruSculpt treatments. Here’s how you can instantly melt fat away and get a perfectly contoured and healthy figure.

How TruSculpt works

With the TruSculpt treatment, there are no incisions, no anesthetic, and no recovery time. Each treatment is performed in a simple office visit. The TruSculpt system works by delivering radio-frequency energy via a hand-held applicator.

We apply these energy waves to the adipose fat tissue that lies just beneath your skin. This adipose fat tissue is the visceral fat that’s stubborn and difficult to lose even with diet and exercise. The radio-frequency waves work by heating up your fatty tissues and essentially melting them away. Your body then naturally disposes of the targeted fat.

The heat delivered by the TruSculpt system is mild and feels comparable to a hot stone massage. Treatments are convenient and usually only take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the area being treated. You should notice fat loss about a month after treatment, with full results showing up after 12 weeks. And treatments are quite effective. You can expect a 24% reduction in fat after just one TruSculpt treatment.

Are you a candidate for TruSculpt?

TruSculpt is not a weight-loss treatment. It’s a good option for those who want to contour their bodies, tighten skin, and remove unwanted pockets of vanity fat and bulges that don’t go away with diet and exercise. So, those with a body mass index that’s over 30 are not candidates for TruSculpt.

TruSculpt is particularly effective if you want to target areas like your upper and lower abs as well as your inner and outer thighs. It also works great on your upper arms and can help in reducing the appearance of cellulite. Body sculpting is so effective that nonsurgical fat reduction treatments rose 24.7% between 2016 and 2017.

However, you’ll want to avoid TruSculpt if you have certain skin conditions that cause sensitivity, or if you have broken blood vessels and capillaries. Those with rosacea, for example, are not candidates for the treatment, as it can worsen skin redness. TruSculpt is also not for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you’re interested in eliminating unwanted pockets of fat and expertly contouring your body, TruSculpt could be the perfect treatment for you. Call us or book an appointment directly on our website today.
